The Project
Pangea Energy Pty Ltd was formed in July 2016 with the objective of addressing network stability issues with increased intermittent generation and reduced local, base-load generation in South Australia. This was the mandate put forward by Pangea's founder, Sen Tek Energy Solutions Inc., a multinational renewable energy project developer in South East Asia.
The Project is being developed over 79 hectares, to address issues with network stability. Specifically grid-forming inverters will be employed, to further AEMO requirements and support Australia's growing renewable energy mix.
Pangea is a special purpose company (SPC) developed by Sen Tek Energy in 2016, specifically for the purposes of developing projects in Australia.

Sen Tek Energy has been a developer of RE projects with an asset portfolio of over 300MW, with a focus on developing renewable energy solutions in energy markets.
